Refunds:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding postage costs). 

To arrange a refund, please contact our customer services team on info@myhairshots.com. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank. 

We’re committed to making sure you love your HairShots experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away — we’ll review the situation and make it right as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, discount, or store credit.

Exchanges and Returns:

After 30 days, you may still be eligible for an exchange, provided the items are returned in their original condition. For exchanges, please also reach out to us at info@myhairshots.com.

If you’ve received an incorrect order, please email our team at info@myhairshots.com so we can help you straight away. When you get in touch, it's useful to include a photo of what you received and the name of any incorrect or missing item(s). We’ll send any missing items straight away, and we’ll also email you a pre-paid return label so you can easily send back anything that was sent in error.
