Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Orders placed at myhairshots.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If a product hasn’t worked for you, email info@myhairshots.com with your order number and a short note on what happened.

Making a claim

  • Your 30 days start the day your order is delivered, and shown in tracking. .

  • We refund the price you paid for the product to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

  • You don’t need to send anything back unless we ask. If we do ask, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. 

  • Once your refund is approved, we process it within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The fine print

  • One guarantee claim per product, per customer.

  • Bundles and routines: if only one product didn’t work for you, we refund that product’s share of what you paid.

  • Not covered: HairShots bought from other retailers (contact the store you bought from), gift cards, free gifts, and accessories unless they’re faulty.

  • If you received HairShots as a gift, contact us and we’ll sort it out with you.

  • Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It’s faster for you and for us.

After 30 days

Faulty dropper? Bottle that won’t dispense? Email us. Problems after 30 days are handled case by case, and where it’s fair we’ll replace, refund or credit you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. We’ll send the right product at no cost and a prepaid label for anything we sent in error.

Lost or not received

If your tracking says delivered but there’s no parcel, check around your home and with neighbors, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can’t cancel it, but the 30-day guarantee still applies.

If your scalp reacts

Stop using the product and speak to your doctor. We’re not medical professionals. Then email us. Reactions within 30 days are covered by the guarantee.
